Sign-ups are first come, first serve and there is only one group per time slot.
In order to sign up, please select one "Behind the Scenes Tour" ticket at $300 and then add the number of youth and adult tickets into your cart. Each person must be registered under your tour. We will not allow anyone who has not registered with your group into the building. There is a maximum of 10 people per tour (tours can be less than 10, but price remains the same).

Groups must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and practice proper social distancing during their tour. Guests ages three and older will be required to wear face masks for the duration of their visit and entrance without a mask is prohibited. This regulation will be enforced as mandated by the City and County of Denver. This requirement is being adopted as a company policy at both of our locations. All staff and volunteers will also be required to wear masks for your safety.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Tickets may be cancelled and rescheduled or refunded with at least 72 hours notice otherwise tickets are non-refundable, including if you miss your tour due to late arrival. If the museum cancels your program, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
