Sensory Friendly Morning

We are pleased to offer a more comfortable museum morning for families of and children, teenagers and adults with autism, sensory processing disorders and other cognitive disabilities.

Join us on the third Sunday of every month from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. to experience the museum turned down and participate in sensory friendly activities including a Photo Scavenger Hunt, Shredded Paper Plane Collage and more.


Plan Your Visit

Prior to your visit, you will receive “pre-visit” materials to help prepare for your visit including social narratives and sensory maps. Our Sensory Friendly Morning at the museum will welcome families and provide them with a positive and meaningful experience and to educate and inspire them on their journey of being lifelong Wings Over the Rockies visitors.


Admission is FREE for families of children or adults with sensory disabilities.


Space is limited – Reservations are required. Social distancing and face masks are required during your visit.
