The Wings Aerospace Exploration Pathways Staff and Wings Over The Rockies Museum would like to invite you to celebrate the successful end of another great school year! 

Thursday, May 15, 2025, 6:00-9:00 p.m.

A complimentary dinner is provided FOR WAE Students only. All other attendees must purchase a meal for $24.00 (non-refundable) or register as Guest with No Meal. 

This is a family event. We have a limit of 6 tickets per family.

Lasagna Night ~ Double-Sided Buffet

Spring Garden Salad

Chopped Romaine and Butter Lettuce with Pear Tomatoes, English Cucumbers,

Black Olives, and Shredded Carrots. Served with Four-Peppercorn Ranch

 and Italian Dressing on the side.

Traditional Caesar Salad

Crisp hearts of Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan tossed in a Classic Caesar dressing.

Served with herbed croutons on the side.

Homestyle Meat Lasagna
Chef Mike’s Famous Lasagna ~ layered of fresh pasta sheets, herbed Ricotta cheese,

 shredded Mozzarella, Cannino’s Italian sausage, ground sirloin,

and House-made Marinara baked until bubbling and golden brown

then topped with grated parmesan!!

Vegetarian White Spinach Lasagna

 Layers on fresh pasta sheets, White sauce, herbed ricotta cheese, shredded Mozzarella

and Spinach. Baked then finished with Shaved Parmesan cheese.

Vegan Eggplant Parmesan ~ Available upon request

Sliced Eggplant lightly breaded in Gluten free breadcrumbs, fried and layered

with Vegan Mozzarella, Marinara, Vegan Parm and roasted red bell pepper.

Baked and available upon request.

The Bread

Warm Garlic Bread, Sliced Ciabatta, and Udi’s Gluten Free sliced Wheat.

Served with Whipped Butter.

Pick-up Petite Dessert Station

Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie Bites, Laura’s Gluten Free Seasonal Fruit Bars,

M&M Cookies, Rice Crispy Treats, Assorted Chunk Cookies!

Two Beverage Stations

Lemonade, Iced Tea with Lemon, and Spa Water with sliced oranges, lemons, limes, and mint.

Cups and sugar, sweetener, stirs, and ice provided.
